We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to the airport but far enough away that we couldn't hear the planes taking off. The shuttle service was very timely and convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great on-site restaurant that had a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed dining there. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

For us, it was ideal.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the warm hospitality of the staff. the Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the entire experience. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food options, including fresh fruits, bread, cheese, and eggs. the location, being close to the airport, was convenient for me as I had an early morning flight to catch. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was reliable and affordable.

The limited options for nearby restaurants and shops, which made it necessary to have a car or rely on taxis to explore further. the noise from the main street could be a bit bothersome, but closing the windows helped in reducing the disturbance.

Our stay at Gasthof Alte Post - Restaurant Offen was exceptional. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of choices from meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, vegetables. The property itself is absolutely charming, with beautiful greenery outside, capturing the essence of a perfect German guesthouse. The German food served in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. We've stayed in other hotels in Munich before, but this one surpasses them all. We will definitely be returning to Gasthof Alte Post - Restaurant Offen. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great dinner in the restaurant with a very helpful waitress. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. The location is perfect if you need to return a rental car before a morning flight from the airport. It's a short drive away and there is a gas station across the street for convenience.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of an elevator, which may be an issue for some guests. However, the staff was always willing to assist with luggage if needed.
